He has had two companies on the INC 5000 list and comes to RC Mowers with vast knowledge of the commercial mowing industry, having contributed significantly to growth at Diamond Mowers. Ray comes to the RC Mowers CTO role from an incredible 31-year career at Boeing. There, Ray worked his way from an aircraft electronics (avionics) technician to a senior manager in aircraft testing, and was recruited by the Boeing Phantom Works Division as a principal researcher for classified defense programs, where he worked to develop and improve weapons systems. Ray joined Boeing’s Corporate Strategy Office and developed strategies for investments in breakthrough aerospace and classified defense projects. Many of Ray’s process and system breakthroughs are still in use in Boeing factories or flying aboard Boeing aircraft today. We salute Ray’s service in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as an aviator with flight time in multiple carrier-based aircraft and two combat deployments. LinkedIn | Phone
Andy knows how to get the most efficiency, and the best quality out of his processes and from his people. As Director of Operations at Amphenol Unlimited Services, Andy oversaw 190 employees in production, engineering, quality, and maintenance. He’s also held management positions at fabricator MCL and snow/lawn equipment manufacturer, Ariens. Andy’s approach is hands-on, based in extensive experience, and refreshingly people positive.
