Mr. Brzinski comes to RC Mowers with 30+ years of manufacturing and industrial management experience. His consistent enhancement of profitability and productivity is a direct result of his acute insights into strategic planning and practical problem-solving. Brian is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, TPM Instructor, and Project Management Professional (PMP), and was recognized for sustainability initiatives with the Green Reliability Program of the Year Award from Uptime Magazine. Rich Lukas has spent a highly successful career out front on the technological sharp-end of machine learning, autonomous vehicles, and robotics via the U.S. Department of Defense, Aviation, DARPA, utilities, and private industry. Rich has held leadership positions at Milwaukee Tool, Oshkosh Defense, and Ariens, managing diverse engineering teams across India, Europe, and the U.S. He has been behind remarkable advancements in AI-power tools, autonomous vehicles, semi-autonomous firefighting trucks, and AI integration into the national energy grid. Jordan’s route to RC Mowers leadership includes both calculated and fortuitous turns and transformations. All of which have made him an incredibly well-rounded, adept, and thoughtful leader. From health and wellness operations, to a business consulting firm, to founding a landscaping company, Jordan has spent considerable time becoming an expert in all customer-facing and internal aspects of business. In 2018, Jordan co-founded RC Mowers with the invention of the Remote-Operated Robotic Mower.
